Allow Rx for Catering, LLC to work with your catering staff to design menus that will have your group asking for seconds. We keep up to date on the latest food costs and culinary trends. It is not uncommon for us to come on board a project halfway through to assist where needed.

Design Your Room Layout.
Can't get to the food ~ Let alone the bar? We will put your menu and room diagram under our microscope to make sure that:
- Your seating arrangements make optimum use of the room's size and planned activities or we can design your room layout. Samples are available upon request.
- You have enough food stations and effective buffet design to avoid long lines.
- Your china, glass and staffing counts meet the needs of your event.
- Your food and event activities are coordinated to please the guests and hosts.
BEO Review Services.
Rx for Catering, LLC will cross reference your Banquet Event Orders for accuracy against your initial requests and make recommendations on quantities and menu enhancements, WITHOUT increasing your budget.
Cost Controls.
Prior to your event, we will work with food and beverage staff to ensure proper financial controls for handling replenishments, consumptions and food/drink tickets that are distributed.
Post event paperwork will be reviewed for accurate billing i.e., no hidden charges for labor, consumption or improperly keyed numbers.
Event Concepts & Themes.
Our staff works on a worldwide basis and has access to a lot of clever concepts and ideas. Explain to us the general ideas for your party and we will give you a selection of themes to choose. We do have contacts with many vendors and suppliers worldwide and can be your one stop shopping.
